Cascara Sagrada is Spanish for "Sacred Bark". The bark is typically aged for a year before use to let the active principals settle.

Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use in the even of diarrhea or watery stools. Donot exceed recommended dose.
