  • Q: Will I Get Reward Points if I Checkout as a Guest?

  • A: No. Guest accounts do not accumulate points. In order to start earning points, make sure to log into your account or create an account during checkout.


  • Q: Will I Get Points if I Create an Account After My First Order?

  • A: Yes. Once an account is created, all points from past orders will be applied (as long as the same email address is used for all orders).


  • Q: Will My Points Apply to My AutoShip Orders?

  • A: No. Reward points cannot be redeemed on autoship orders.


  • Q: How Long Does It Take for My Points to Show on My Account After Ordering?

  • A: Your reward points will show on your account once your order is shipped.


  • Q: Will I Earn Points if I Order Over the Phone With a Representative?

  • A: Yes. Reward points will be acquired on orders placed over the phone; however, points can only be redeemed on online orders.


  • Q: Are There Limits to Writing Reviews?

  • A: Yes. Customers are limited to the following:

    • • Product reviews may only be written on products ordered from NHC

    • • No more than ten product reviews a year per customer

    • • No more than one review on the same product per year
