Dear Dr. Jen I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the tremendous assistance I’ve received from Christine Carlson, CN the Wellness Educator at NEEDS. I’ve been chronically ill most of my adult life and it has been of inestimable value to be able to receive product information from someone knowledgeable about my condition—especially when most medical practitioners have been of so little help. Over the years, Christine has guided me through times of acute as well as chronic illness, and gradually, over the years, improvement has come. I owe Christine (and NEEDS) a debt of gratitude for the guidance and support I have received from her. Christine genuinely cares about NEEDS customers and is tireless in responding as quickly as possible to questions—even staying after hours to return our phone calls. Yesterday afternoon, Thursday, February 21, 2014, at about same time, I placed a call to NEEDS to place an order. It was a happy day for me. A young, female person, named Robin, was the person to whom I spoke. It was a delightful experience. I enjoyed her courtesy, her cooperation and bright sense of humor. She handled everything with adeptness and skill. I’m a customer who, at my age, realize Life is Too Short. Let’s enjoy each day. And, wonder of wonders, I received my completed order in today’s mail.
