About the Author: Jacob Teitelbaum, M.D., is the medical director of the Annapolis Center for Effective CFS/Fibromyalgia Therapies in Annapolis, Maryland, and a world renowned author, lecturer, and researcher on effective treatment for pain and fatigue. Having suffered with and overcome chronic fatigue syndrome and the pain of fibromyalgia in 1975, he has spent the last thirty years creating, researching, and teaching about effective therapies.
