You Need to Have a Broccoli Brain
"Remember from TWs how the hippocampus is the memory center of the brain? Do I need to remind you that your hippo needs to eat DHA, which is in cod liver oil. It actually helps to destroy amyloid, the protein in the brain causing Alzheimer's.
