How to Protect Yourself if you Must Take Hormone Replacements
Q: I know there are downsides to hormone replacement, but I absolutely have to have mine or my life is miserable. How can I compensate for this?
A: You are right about the downside. We published here years ago the evidence of how hormone replacement therapies have increased heart attacks, Alzheimer's, and cancer rates depending upon which types of hormones are used. As well, they increase the CRP, an inflammatory mediator that warns of degenerative diseases (artiosclerosis, cancer, Alzheimer's, etc). This mediator o accelerated aging and chronic disease is measurable in your Cario/ION.
But fortunately cod liver oil provides strong risk reduction and can lower the CRP as much as 30%. Not only that but it has anti-inflammatory properties above and beyond, plus it can improve lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides), decreases coronary artery disease risk, and more. That's why I would have at least a tablespoon of Carlson's Lemon-Flavored Cod Liver Oil at least twice a week, if not daily, depending on your levels. Check back in the 2012 TW where I've shown the evidence that the ratio of n-3/n-6 fatty acids has changed as much as 60-fold in folks in the last century, and this in part is hugely responsible for "incurable" chronic diseases.
