Product Description: The "All in One" Ceramic Filter (AIO) is designed to remove parasites, bacteria, chlorine, chloramine, lead, particulate, chemicals, trace amounts of pharmaceuticals and fluoride/heavy metals. In addition, it will improve taste and odor of the source water. The AIO Ceramic Filter has been tested at several independent laboratories in accordance with NSF protocols. The AIO Ceramic Filter is also uniquely cleanabel to remove sediment and restore flow. Elemental silver is incorporated into the ceramic shell to prevent the regrowth of microorganisms trapped in the filter.

Filter Media: Ultra-Ceramic with Metalgon filter uses micro-filtration to eliminate parasites and bacteria down to 0.3 microns, and high density activated carbon to reduce chlorine, chloramine, bad taste & odor, turbidity, lead, fluoride, THMS & HAAs, and VOCs.
Please note that because the Imperial Ultra-Ceramic with Metalgon has a smaller pore size, the flow rate will be approximately 20-30% slower than the standard ceramic filter. This allows for more contact time with the filter to remove higher levels of parasites and bacteria, as well as additonal chemicals. Additional chemical and heavy metals in the source water will effect the performance of the ceramic filter.
Filter Change: The Ultra-Ceramic filter with Metalgon must be replaced every 6-9 months based on 2 people. 3 or more people every 6 months. Filter life varies on amount of water used and contaminants in water supply.
Warranty: This water purifier comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against material defects for the housing, faucet, connectors, and ceramic filter element, excluding any accessories or additional parts installed by a plumber with the following conditions: The filter shows no evidence it has been tampered with or that it has been subject to misuse, abuse or negligent use. No repair or alteration of the filter has been made by someone other than CWR. The filter shows no evidence it was either improperly installed, operated or used for a purpose for which it was not intended.

Additional Info: Dirt and rust can be removed from the surface of the ceramic filter restoring the flow rate and increasing the life span of the filter for up to 1 year. Use an abrasive, non-detergent pad (scotch bright) and lightly rub the sediment off the ceramic filter. Do not use a brush or brillo pad. It will damage the ceramic filter. Do not try to restore the filter to the original color, too much wear will lower the efficiency of the filter and could damage the ceramic.
