Heirloom Both foliage (cilantro) & seed (corriander) make this herb one of the most useful & tasty herbs available. Great in salsa. Also called Chinese Parsley, Cilantro has a thousand used in the kitchen. We chose Long Standing for its excellent flavor, improved leafiness and, as the name infers, its slow-to-bolt quality. Add a sprig to chicken soup or add chopped leaved to Mexican, Caribbean, or Asain dishes. The crushed seeds add intriguing flavor to stews, beand and cookies.
