By combining sodium ascorbate with pure ascorbic acid, we have increased the pH to 4.7. Excellent for patients with low tolerance for stomach acidity. One quarter teaspoon contains approximately 80 mg of sodium from sodium ascorbate. Approximate pH: 4.7.
