NEEDS accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and debit cards. For non-internet orders a check or money order made payable to NEEDS mailed with your order is also acceptable payment. Orders can be sent Collection on Delivery (COD), but we must charge an additional $10.00 to pay for the carrier's collection charge.
Orders originating outside the United States must be paid for by credit card or certified funds payable in US Dollars only.
Under current legislation, NEEDS is required to bill customers for sales tax in the states of New York and Nevada for all taxable items that are shipped to either state. However, several states are reviewing their sales tax regulations and are proposing potential sales tax changes which might effect NEEDS shipments to other states. Once a state has enacted new sales tax legislation which is applicable to the shipment of NEEDS products into that state, NEEDS will begin to charge the appropriate sales tax on all future orders to that state as required under any future sales tax laws.
SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES
Our standard shipping and handling charge is $8.50 for United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipments sent within the continental United States. ALL orders will be sent UPS unless otherwise requested. Please note: If you request your order to be sent U.S. Postal Service, it is not a service that can be tracked, and therefore, will be sent AT YOUR OWN RISK. We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders within the continental United States totaling $150.00 or more*. Shipping charges for overnight or expedited orders, environmental equipment (i.e. air & water filtration), international orders, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii will vary.
*Bulk items such as pillows, cases of products due to multiples of the same item ordered, or heavy items weighing individually over 4 lbs. such as quarts and gallons may carry special handling fees and additional shipping charges.
International Orders – Excluding Canadian Customers
- All new International Customers will be subject to a “test order”. The first order cannot subtotal over $100.00 or one Jumpstart Kit. If the first order is received successfully and no issues develop, then we will be happy to ship larger orders for the same customer.
- All orders will be shipped United States International Air Mail. The base charge of shipment will be $40.00 but subject to change on large orders due to size and weight of the package.
- The Customer is responsible for all the costs acquired due to Custom’s Fees (duties, taxes, and brokerage fees)
- Customs may delay the delivery of the package for inspection. If there is a delay due to Customs holding the package for inspection, there will be no reimbursement of the shipping charges.
- Should Customs decide that the package cannot be allowed into the country because of restrictions, the package will be destroyed. If this happens, the customer will not be credited for the purchase price or shipping fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the products will be allowed into the country prior to placing their order.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving any goods.
For Air & Water Purifier returns, please be sure that all materials are included with your machine such as the instruction booklet and any parts that may have come with the unit. Small unit must be put in a separate box so that there is no shipping label or writing on the original packaging.
We carry an extensive inventory; however, there are occasions when we may be temporarily out of stock of certain items or sizes. Normally, the out of stock items are expected to arrive within one or two days in which case we will hold the entire order until we can ship all items together in one parcel. In the event we expect a longer lead-time, we will only charge you for the items shipped at that time. Any remaining items will be shipped to you as soon as available and no extra shipping charge will be applied. We do not backorder outside the continental United States or items such as environmental equipment, domestics, personal care items, special orders, and books.
GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. Should you change your mind about keeping unopened and resellable product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange less a 10% restocking fee. Refrigerated products, cosmetics, and books are not returnable.
For all returns, you must call our Customer Service Dept. to get a Return Authorization Number.
Used machines, such as Water or Air Filters cannot be resold. If machines are returned for reasons other than warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of new replacement filters, if applicable.
If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of the driver and save all packaging material and contact N.E.E.D.S. immediately.

We have made extensive efforts to verify the accuracy of prices for all products listed on this site; however, there may be errors we did not detect, and we reserve the right to charge the correct price in such cases. We also have no control over price changes by manufacturers. We would be happy to provide current prices on specific items when you call in your order and will make every effort to provide corrected or updated information to our customers when it is requested.
