Product Description: Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is an essential component of cell membranes. Cogni-PS promotes brain function by increasing membrane fluidity (cell-to-cell communication), resulting in improved cognition. Also, Cogni-PS protects against stress by mitigating the actions of the cortisol (catabolic stress hormone). Cogni-PS is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine derived from an enzymatic process of soy phospholipids. PS-100 is from 250 mg of mixed phospholipids.
