Stay Away From Statins

Plus, remind him that as detailed in The Cholesterol Hoax, tocotrienols work on the very same cholesterol producing liver enzyme that statins poison, but without the side effects of serious body pain, depression, or total rhabdomyelitis."

Choosing a Vitamin E Supplement
"So let's make sure you understand a label that says 'vitamin E'. When you see that, it means the people who made it are either unknowledgeable, think you are, or they just don't care. Usually this cheap form is also synthetic, which really makes it a poor fit in God's molecular biochemistry. You recall from previous articles that real vitamin E has 8 entities: four tocopherols and four tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta forms of each). Taking only one (alpha tocopher ol, which is all the "vitamin E" is) is like going to the car dealer and saying you want to buy a new car, but you can only afford to buy one out of every eight parts and you expect it to work. So by taking 'vitamin E', you ar e only getting alpha-tocopherol and none of the other seven parts of vitamin E. The real catastrophe is that numerous studies confirm that taking alpha-tocopherol alone actually lowers any levels of gamma tocopherol as well as the tocotrienols that you might have.

"Normal" Vitamin D Levels?
"…vitamin D is hugely important for your energy production. Remember from previous TW articles, how vitamin D is also necessary to stave off diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, Alzheimer's high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, and the #1 liver disease, NASH (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis). Yet you have only to check back in the last few months of TW to remember how misguided medicine is. First, it has completely ignored the epidemic of vitamin D deficiency and worse. Second, has permitted commercial labs to maintain the outdated norm of 30 ng/dL, which will not heal any of the above maladies. And just to make sure that folks do not get their vitamin D deficiency diagnosed and treated. Third, the September 2015 Journal of American Medical Association published the study 'proving' vitamin D does not help by using the ridiculously low level of 40 ng/dL, which indeed does not help. They were right. That dose doesn' t help heart disease or cancers; it's only for preventing rickets! …Meanwhile, even the dose of vitamin D that researchers used in the study to help stave off obesity was inferior. But, we have found that merely 10,000 of D3 (5-7 days per week) is enough to bring most folks' levels between 80-100 ng/dL, which is the perfect level of D3 for health. Of course you want a company that is strict about the quality of this fat-soluble vitamin. My choice is Carlson vitamin D3. And be sure that your gut is healthy enough to make pancreatic enzymes and bile for D3 absorption. If in doubt, 1-2 Digestive Aid #34 (containing pancreas and bile) can help facilitate vitamin D, plus other fat soluble nutrients (especially if your gallbladder was removed!)."

Maintain Healthy Membranes
"Eggs are a rich source of phosphatidylcholine (as in your PC powder), which rejuvenates memory and staves off Alzheimer's by producing more acetylcholinesterase—the neurotransmitter for making new memory. If you still believe eggs should be avoided because of cholesterol, you'd better catch up with the 21st century for cholesterol drugs clearly create AD, amnesia, and more… For some folks, cholesterol control can be as simple as Niacin-Time and 2 tocotrienols once or twice a day."
