Product Description: Biennial Full Sun to Part Shade. Sow in early spring or late summer.
Prized by gourmets as the most flavorful of all parsleys. Very high nutritional value and freshens breath. Will grow in partial shade. Flat-leveled parsley adds a tantalizing flavor to omelets, salads, stews, vegetables, and even soft cheeses. The flat leaves are easy to chop, and often preffered by cooks for their robust flavor. Parsley is thought to improve the scent and health of roses and the growth of tomatoes and asparagus when grown nearby. Considered to aid digestion. Grow indoors for fresh parsley year-round.
