Early, large seed heads with robust flavor make Bouquet dill excellent for pickling. Plant extra for the swallowtail butterflies. Particularly good for pickling because of early, abundant seed production, Bouquet's foliage also is delicious sprinkled on potatoes, tomatoes, salmon, spinach, cucumbers and lamb chops. 30" to 36" tall, and very aromatic.
