Coffea Crudum 12C, 15C, 30C; Aconitum Napellus, Zincum Metallicum 6C, 12C, 30C; Cypripedium Pubescens 1C, 3C, 6C, 12C; Hyoscyamus Niger 3X, 3C, 6C, 12C. In a base of: Calcium Carbonate, Humulus Lupulus, Gaba, Chamaemelum Nobile, Valeriana Officinalis, Vitamin D3, 5-HTP, Methionine-bound Zinc, Magnesium Gluconate, Clove, DL-Phenylalanine, Ascorbic Acid, Piper Methysticum Ext 25%, Nepeta Cataria, Melatonin, Pyridoxine HCL, Niacinamide, Rice Flour, and Gelatin.
Suggested Use:
Adults take 1-2 capsules one-half hour before retiring. For persistent difficulties in getting to sleep, take 2-4 capsules one-half hour before retiring, or as directed by a physician. Not for use in children.
