Instead of synthetic chemicals such as PVP and acrylate copolymers, Suncoat developed natural sugar biopolymers (polysaccharides). Suncoat natural eyeliner is long lasting and smudge resistant. Enriched with vitamin E, contains no alcohol and formulated for sensitive eyes. Vegan.
