Suggested Use: 1. Peel off protective paper from sticky base.
2. Remove attractant lure from foil packet.
3. Place lure in center of sticky base.
4. Close trap by interlocking tabs to form a "tent" over the sticky surface, as seen in diagram.
5. Put trap in a convenient place where cockroaches are likely to hide.
6. Check trap from time to time.
7. Dispose of trap when sticky base is covered with insects.
