1. Blend contents and 1 cup water in saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, or until thickened. Yield: One Cup (4 Servings) Noodles with Shiitake Mushroom Gravy Recipe: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Chop one small onion and cook until it begins to brown. Add 1/2 pound of chopped fresh mushrooms and cook until slightly softened. Add gravy mix and 1 cup of water (or substitute with vegetable broth). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer while stirring until mushrooms are cooked. Pour over 8 ounces of cooked noodles.
