Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Cultured Buttermilk, Natural Almond Meal (may appear as brown flecks), Tapioca Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Grainless & Aluminum Free-Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Potato Starch), Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum. Contains: Tree Nuts and Milk.

Suggested Use:
This bag contains approximately 5-1/3 cups mix. Pamela's Ultimate Baking & Pancake Mix can be used as a substitute in most of your favorite recipes. If your recipe does not bake out to your satisfaction, try omitting or reducing baking powder and/or baking soda as these ingredients are in mix. Too much spread, reduce the fat by 1/4. For cakes, separate the eggs and add yolks to the batter. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold in before baking. Cake batter should be thick to prevent center from falling after baking.
