Suggested Use:
Directions (as per Dr. John R. Lee, MD): Apply 1/8-1/4 teaspoon, morning and night, to a thin-skinned area: forearm, breastbone, neck, face and hands, etc.
Menstruating Women: Begin 12 days after the first day of your menstrual flow. Continue through the 26th day.
Non-Menstruating Women: Begin on the 1st day of each month. Continue for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break.
