Our Non-GMO Lecithin Softgels contains 15% phosphatidyl choline, which comprises a major portion of our brain and nervous system. Lecithin is also a source of essential fatty acids, choline and inositol. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water.
