Suggested Use:
Each full pump of Progeste Cream dispenses 20 mg of natural, bio-identical progesterone. Rotate the area of application between chest, abdomen, inner arms and thighs. For cosmetic use only.
Menstruating Women: Apply twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime on days 12 through 27 of your cycle, or as recommended by your physician.
Menopausal & Post-Menopausal Women: Apply twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime for 25 consecutive days, followed by a five-day break, or as recommended by your physician.
