The Honeycomb ACF Pollution Mask is a comfortable, porous, lightweight, washable mask that holds and seals a disposable carbon filter. The carbon fabric plus two inner layers of filtration material reduce exposure to indoor and outdoor pollutants. The adjustable ear loops allow for a personal fit and long wearing comfort, even with eye glasses, goggles or a helmet. This mask is made for traveling by car or airplane and will fit in a pocket.
Specifications:
* The mask consists of a polyester outer shell. * A carbon filter with two polyester liners to screen finer particles and carbon to absorb odors and fumes. * There are two hard plastic pieces that hold the elastic straps onto the mask. * The polyester elastic straps are latex free. * There are adjustable ear loops for individual fit. * A pliable nose bar that allows you to fit your face comfortably (facial hair may prevent an adequate seal). * The sleek mask construction holds the fabric away from the mouth so you can talk. * The mask folds flat for easy storage. * The mask comes available in three different colors: white, tan or beige lace.
Filter Media:
Air layered web material consisting of powdered activated carbon bound onto a polyester support material with a modified acrylonitrile copolymer latex (this synthetic latex does not contain the protein of natural rubber). NO COCONUT. The glue on the Velcro dot is Ethylene Vinyl Acetate.
Filter Change:
Replace the filter when breathing becomes difficult or odor comes through even after adjusting nose wire. How long a filter lasts depends upon your sensitivities and environment. Instructions: Place the filter inside the Honeycomb Mask and press at the top to engage the Velcro coin and net. Put the mask on. Press the wire nose grip to conform to your nose. For heavy exposure, one filter may be put inside another. Ear loops may need to be readjusted.
Warranty:
There is no warranty on this product unless it is defective upon arrival. Masks are guaranteed if defective in materials or construction.

This carbon filter helps reduce exposure to certain particles and chemicals. This product does not provide oxygen nor replace industrial respirators for hazardous work and is not suitable for use in toxic gas areas or against asbestos, silica or spray paint. It is the consumer's responsibility to determine the suitability of application. Keep away from fire. The binder will release noxious fumes on burning. Remove immediately if breathing becomes difficult and seek fresh air. This mask is not NIOSH certified and is not intended for occupational use. Facial hair may prevent an effective seal. The mask should not be worn near fire. Latex-free elastic is on all masks. The filter does not replace industrial strength respirators and is not meant for occupational exposure. This mask is not NIOSH certified at this time.

Care of the mask: The Honeycomb Mask was designed specifically to seal the filter effectively and not require frequent washing [unless you think you are exposed to virus or bacteria. In that case, soak mask in peroxide and wash with hot water). Discard filter in the cellophane bag. If you are sensitive to fragrances, wash the frame before wearing to remove any residue from manufacturing. The Honeycomb Mask is hand washable in cool water with unscented liquid detergent or dissolved baking soda. Rinse. Blot it with a towel then hang it to dry before inserting a disposable carbon filter. Do not wash the filter, discard.
