Suggested Use:
Heat Therapy: Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on desired warmth. Increase in 30 second increments as needed (check temperature to ensure that warmth is ideal before use). Light misting of the Comfort Pac will offer soothing moist heat. Do not overheat - will cause burns (for external use only).
Cold Therapy: Place Comfort Pac in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours.
