Product Description: Each Aloe Vera Gel soft gel contains 25 mg of Aloe Vera concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 5,000 mg (1 teaspoonful) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze-dried to form the Aloe Vera Concentrate. This is equivalent to approximately ¼ cup of aloe vera liquid (10:1 dilution).
