This blend minimizes the risk of gastro-intestinal tract upset which may occur following ingestion of pure inorganic salts of magnesium. Suggested Use:
This product should be diluted prior to use. Take one teaspoon diluted in eight ounces of your favorite beverage two to six times daily, or as directed by a physician. Three level teaspoons (15 cc) provide 400 mg of elemental magnesium.
