Body Ecology's EcoBloom contains Frutafit brand inulin fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from the chicory plant. EcoBloom helps beneficial lactobacillus and bifidus intestinal flora to flourish in the colon. Unlike other short chain FOS, EcoBloom will not feed pathogens like candida and klebsiella.
