Product Description: The 5000 D vocarb bulk carbon is recommended for the removal of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) such as formaldehyde and ammonia. The 44 pounds of MAC-B carbon filter is impregnated with special compounds designed for specific VOC problems.
Cleaning Area: Cleans up to 1,500 square feet of open space and changes the air every 30 minutes.
Filter Media: * The 44 lbs of carbon consists of:
* Anthracite for removal of voc's, oil based solvents and gases.
* Coconut shell carbon for the removal of a broad range of chemicals and gases.
* Permaform for the removal of voc's including formaldehyde, mercury, sulfides and acid gases.
* Zeolite for the absorbtion of odors.
* Easy installation (instructions provided).

Filter Change: Change the filter every 2 years.
