About the Author: Marcia Zimmerman is an internationally acclaimed author, lecturer, and consultant. She holds California State life credentials in chemistry, cell biology, and mathematics. As one of the health industry's most well respected certified nutritionists, Marcia serves as consultant to leading nutrition and supplement companies in the United States and Europe.
